If your package has not yet been shipped, you have the option of cancelling it if you inform us in good time.* Please send us an email with your order number and your full name to support@nooronyou.de

If your product has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you can either refuse to accept the delivery or send the package back to us, but at your own expense.

For personalized products, cancellation is not always possible, even if they have not yet been shipped, as they may already have been made according to your wishes. In such cases, we ask you to write us an email so that we can find a solution together.

* Cancellation is not guaranteed. If cancellation is not possible, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
